REFUND POLICY

Webraut Hosting solution Pvt. Ltd. (maxrdp.com) offer a 24 hour Money Back guarantee with below listed terms, Please read carefully before order any of our services.

‣ Refund request will be rejected after 24 hrs of activation of services and refund within 24 hrs will be valid if buyers/customers open cancelations request before 24 hrs of activation of services. All payment will become non-refundable after 24 hrs of services activation period.

‣ Only one Refund is applicable per clients/buyers but Transaction & Setup fees will NOT be refunded, After successfully refund of one service, clients / buyers never claim a refund for another services.

‣ Any Credit balance in Client's Area is NOT eligible for refund. It can only be used for purchasing new services or paying any existing/upcoming invoices at our website.

‣ If we are NOT able to refund client's payment via payment gateway due to any reason, refunds will be posted as credit to the client's account.

‣ If you downgrade any service, we don't provide any credit back or refund. Only your billing will be updated so that you will be charged as per new price from next billing cycle.

‣ Issues concerning third-party software.( If a 3rd party software or Bot is corrupted or is tampered refund will not be given for that reason, you should contact their support to get it solved.)

‣ Invalid claims or silly reasons are NOT eligible for a refund.( In the case of services terminated due to illegal activity like Hacking/ Brute-forcing/ Mass Mailing Tools)

For Private RDP(s) Services:
  • We Don't have any Refund Policy for our Private RDP Services. Refund will be provided only in case of non-delivery of service(s).
  • If we found any server fault (hardware related), we will fix it as soon as we can fix it (depend on hardware & holiday).
  • We have mentioned setup time for all products, within setup time, will not accept any claim about server pending or not delivered.
  • For VDS(s) Services:
  • We Don't have any Refund Policy for vps, control panels, additional IP(s) in any case. Refund will be provided only in case of non-delivery of service(s)
  • If we found any server fault (hardware related), we will fix it as soon as we can fix it (depend on hardware & holiday).
  • We have mentioned setup time for all products, within setup time, will not accept any claim about server pending or not delivered.
  • For Dedicated Server(s)/ Dedicated RDP(s) Services:
  • We Don't have any Refund Policy in the case of delivered Dedicated RDP/Servers.
  • All services including dedicated servers, control panels, operating systems etc., are set up on a monthly pre-pay basis. Customers may cancel their accounts at any time, however they will not be entitled to a refund for the unused period of the prepaid month, since these services and component do NOT include Money Back Guarantee. Any incentives offered to the Customers upon sign-up will stand cancelled.
  • No Refund is applicable on dedicated servers, dedicated RDP(s) , control panels, operating systems and any other services associated with dedicated servers / RDP(s)
  • We have mentioned setup time for all products, within setup time, will not accept any claim about server pending or not delivered.

  • ‣ All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the time the dispute occurred. You can NOT open any dispute to PayPal, your card issuer or any other third party. If you do so, your account will be terminated immediately. Your Refund request will be cancelled and No refund will be provided.

    ‣ If you raise the dispute on Paypal then you will be no longer to pay again through Paypal/Card gateway. And it's Fastspring policy. There is a Fastspring Paypal/credit card commission cost of 3.5% of the charged amount will be deducted for a refund

    ‣ If you violate our ToS , no refund will be made at any cost.

    ‣ We reserve our right to deny a refund request or provide a partial refund.

    ‣ If you don't agree to the above Rules/Restrictions, then please DO NOT place the Server / RDP order.
